Das Sea-Band Akupressurband ist eine klinisch geprüfte und medikamentenfreie Alterntive bei Übelkeit aller Art, inklusive Übelkeit nach Narkosen oder bei einer Chemotherapie
Eine in das Akupressurband eingenähte Plastiknoppe bewirkt einen konstanten Druck auf den Akupressurpunkt P6, was wiederum Symptome wie Übelkeit oder Erbrechen reduziert.
Dazu muss der Patient lediglich ein Sea-Band Akupunkturband an jedem Handgelenk tragen.
Sea-Band Akupressurbänder können ohne Nebenwirkung und Kontraindikationen in Kombination mit herkömmlichen Medikamenten verwendet werden.
Post-operative Übelkeit
Wenn Sea-Band dem Patienten vor oder nach einem Eingriff angelegt wird, können damit Auswirkungen wie Übelkeit oder Erbrechen markant reduziert werden. Dabei kommt Sea-Band sowohl bei stationärer wie ambulanter Behandlung zur Anwendung.
Übelkeit bei einer Chemotherapie
Während oder nach einer Chemotherapie sind Übelkeit und Erbrechen oft anzutreffende Nebenwirkungen. Das Tragen von Sea-Band während und nach der Therapie reduziert diese Symptome markant, egal ob im Spital oder zuhause.
Anwendung von Sea-Band
Die Anwendung von Sea-Band ist einfach. Wichtig ist die richtige Positionierung der Plastiknoppe analog den Instruktionen auf der Verpackung.
Sea-Band wirkt nach rund 5 Minuten – auch wenn die Übelkeit bereits vorhanden ist – und kann kontinuierlich getragen werden.
Sea-Band Akupressurbänder bestehen aus Mischfasern und sind latex-frei. Sie sind weich, komfortabel und passen sich der Grösse jedes Handgelenks an. Sea-Band ist wiederverwendbar, waschbar und ohne Ablaufdatum und Lagerungsvorschriften.
